My purpose in creating this site almost 2 years ago was to attack the people involved in my whole situation. To blame, name names, and to somehow manipulate the system. I can not say that since the birth of Jerrisvoice, it did not reflect on the decisions that came about. It started a whole new reason for me to go back to school and finally find my reason. It is a true 'grey area' going on in the Juvenile Branch. Until enough victims stand together and voice our 1st Admenment Right, the Government, the media, the legislature is not going to make a public riot out of it.

So in a whole new perspective on this epedimic I am changing my theme. Instead of attacking the attackers. Announcing everything they will do to prove their point. Demanding public awareness and strength to Pass Child Reform. I am going to make it for the other mothers, fathers, grandparents out there who will encounter the corruption that CAN come into play if you are uneducated.

Update: After finally being gave back my life, and them closing the case, I left DOUGLAS County with no regrets. I am still no less determined to stop my quest to make the Government aware of the situation PUBLICLY. They have still not fixed the damage done. They created more of a stir than now, or will acknowledge. And who I am to go after a branch of the government? I am a victim. I am not alone. I have encountered countless other people falsely accused. So I can assure you, the victim reading this, and if you are a CPS employee, that I will have my say before my life is over.

This site will continue to exsist and updated as my goal to change the current child reform laws and standards that currently are in place. I like many others have been used by the system. Yes I am at fault by my own personal bad judgement calls but I never once abused or neglected my children That burden was placed by the DFCS workers. I will not ever forgive this county nor the elected officials who played a toll in this incident. Especially the court appointed attorneys. Even the ones that were given retainers to represent us and my mother in law who never even filed the first document in court. Refuse to return calls. Douglas County is the worst county, that is one of the factors in why they lost their funding....Until I regain my respect, integrity, and the forgiveness of my children I wont even begin to back off going public. Especially since I lost custody of my oldest to his father. They dept can apologize all they want. And behind closed doors admit fault, but when asked if they could testify on my behalf that the dept screwed up and looking back over the case the dept should have worked with us in the home and not removed them. I could possibly regain custody of my 12 year old son. But, regretfully they said NO! So what do I owe them for there generousity? Making the public aware of the fact!!!!
